To generate a second dispute at AliExpress you must enter your account. Remember, you can do this from the store’s website or from the mobile app.
Here’s how to open a second dispute on AliExpress in the two possible ways.
With your computer and from the website.
If you plan to open the dispute from the AliExpress platform, you have to enter the “My account” tab at the top right of the browser. Then, click on “My orders” or click here.
Once inside, choose the order you want to open a dispute about and click on “Order details”. Then follow the steps and click on the “Open dispute” option.
Remember: if you still have the first dispute active, you must click on the “Dispute in progress” button and then click on “Cancel request” to be able to generate a second dispute on AliExpress.
With your cell phone and from the AliExpress app
Just like from your computer, in the app you will have to enter “My account”, tab that is available at the bottom right of the screen.
